Agency Boost – Refund Policy
Agency Boost LLC ("Agency Boost," "we," "us," or "our")
We want every client to know exactly where they stand before they buy. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available, when it is not, how cancellations work, and what happens if a billing question turns into a dispute. It applies to every Client we serve and works together with our Fulfillment & Deliverables Policy. If you have a signed or electronically accepted Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") covering the same ground, your Agreement wins wherever the two documents say different things.
1. Key Terms Used Throughout This Policy
- "Services" — everything you receive from Agency Boost, including coaching, consulting, trainings, digital content, community access, frameworks, templates, deliverables, and all related resources.
- "Client" — any individual or business that buys, accesses, or participates in the Services.
- "Platform" — any outside system we use to run your program: messaging apps, community software, video conferencing, email providers, CRMs, video hosting, and automation tools.
- "Materials" — all intellectual property we share with you, such as documents, recordings, standard operating procedures, scripts, and resources.
2. The One Refund Window
There is exactly one refund opportunity, and it is defined in your Agreement: you may cancel for a full refund only if you have not yet completed your first one-to-one strategy session. Once that session takes place, all payments become final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. This Policy replaces any outside refund expectation, including anything you may have assumed is standard practice elsewhere.
3. After the Window Closes
Following your initial strategy session, no refunds are given for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, not using the program, missing sessions, personal or business circumstances, not implementing what you learn, dissatisfaction with your speed of progress, or not hitting a specific outcome. We do not guarantee any particular revenue or performance result.
4. Guarantees Deliver Service, Not Cash
Where your program includes a performance-based guarantee, that guarantee is a conditional promise of extra coaching and service at no additional cost — it is never a money-back promise. It only applies if you meet every condition listed in your Agreement, and it becomes void if those requirements are not completed.
5. Cancelling an Ongoing Program
Programs that renew or continue past their first term can be ended with thirty days' written notice emailed to support@theagencyboost.com. Your billing continues through that thirty-day window, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partial periods. Stopping participation on your own does not count as cancellation — written notice is required.
6. Why Delivery Matters to Refunds
Fulfillment is considered delivered — fully or partially — as soon as any of the following occurs: login credentials or Platform access are issued to you; you log into or enter any system used to deliver the Services; you download a material or attend a call; you complete onboarding or intake; any module, template, framework, or training becomes available to you; or you receive coaching, feedback, or other communication from us. Fulfillment counts as delivered whether or not you decide to participate afterward, and delivery of this kind closes the door on refund eligibility outside the single window described above.
7. Billing Questions and Chargebacks
7.1 Talk to Us First.
You agree to contact us at support@theagencyboost.com before filing any external dispute or chargeback, so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
7.2 No Improper Chargebacks.
Except where the law requires otherwise, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute for any charge consistent with this Policy and your Agreement. Filing a chargeback after fulfillment has occurred is a material breach of this Policy.
7.3 Consequences of an Unauthorized Chargeback.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may immediately terminate your access to the Services, charge an administrative processing fee equal to the greater of $500 or 10% of the disputed amount, recover processor penalties, legal fees, and damages, submit our evidence of fulfillment and your contractual obligations to the relevant banks, processors, or arbitrators, and pursue any collection remedy available to us.
8. Results Are Not a Refund Trigger
Everything we offer is educational and informational in nature. We make no guarantee regarding revenue, profit, valuation increases, sales performance, funnel results, lead volume, or advertising outcomes. Outcomes vary widely and depend on factors outside our control — your advertising budget, your execution, market conditions, your team and resources, and how you operate your business. Not reaching a particular result is never, on its own, grounds for a refund.
9. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including internet or power outages, labor disputes, natural disasters, Platform failures, acts of terrorism or war, and government restrictions. Events of this kind do not create any right to a refund or credit.
10. How This Policy Relates to Your Agreement
This Policy works alongside your Agreement and our Fulfillment & Deliverables Policy. Where the documents conflict, the Agreement governs and controls, and nothing in this Policy creates rights beyond those your Agreement provides. You acknowledge that no earlier statement, whether spoken or written, creates any refund right beyond what is written here and in your Agreement, and that advertisements, webinars, case studies, testimonials, and examples do not modify this Policy.
11. Updates to This Policy
This Policy may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective once posted, and your continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
